International orders and international delivery

We accept and deliver international orders.
Please note however that depending on the country and/or region, we may be unable to deliver and fulfill your order.

【Payment】Credit card only. Currency will be handled in Japanese yen (JPY).
【Shipping charge】We will charge the actual shipping costs of your order. We will inform you of the cost of shipping after confirming the details of your order (product quantity, delivery region, delivery method).
【Returns】We do not accept returns for any international orders.
【About shipping】We package our orders with care, but due to the nature of international shipping damages are more likely to occur than in domestic shipping and hence Wakasa Seikatsu will not take responsibility for any damages occurred during international shipping. We recommend shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service).
※In case EMS is not available to your country/region, we will use other delivery methods.
【Limitations】You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Wakasa Seikatsu, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
We would like our customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
